FREEDOM Concert for Nepal, Hong Kong

In celebration of the Cecilian Singers 50th Anniversary, the Hong Kong Welsh Male Choir and the Hong Kong Women’s Choir will join the Cecilian Singers for the first time ever to sing powerful and evocative songs of freedom. This choral delight will take place at St. John’s Cathedral on September 27th with the purpose of raising awareness on the freedom for the children in Nepal with proceeds going to the Child Welfare Scheme (HK), Olga’s Promise (HK) and the Moonlight Nepal Foundation (HK). All of these charities work hard to raise awareness for education and giving children a better future after having been rescued from the practise of bonded labour that still exists today in the country. Tickets are sold at HK$200.
